Admissions
Your next chapter starts with a stable foundation
New Horizons Transitional Housing is designed to support individuals returning to the community after incarceration who are ready to work toward stability, independence, and long-term success.
Our admissions process helps us understand each applicant's needs, goals, and current circumstances so we can determine whether New Horizons is an appropriate fit and connect applicants with the right level of support.
